Hi I'm Sarah!

I was born and raised in Columbia, Maryland now Tampa living with my boyfriend, puppy, and soon- to-be little one! I graduated from Towson University in Maryland with a B.S in Family and Human Services. I love working with kids and families, but have an overall passion for helping people in all ways.

I've been working in restaurants for many years now, but after college I was ready for a change. I was ready to get out of the cold weather, out of restaurants, and moving onto a so-called "big girl job"...Funny enough....that didn't happen. I'm back to working at a restaurant in Tampa, but loving my decision. I've met some amazing people through it, however, I still feel like I'm missing out on what I love and what I am here on this earth to do....help others. 

 

Now that I'm going to be a first time mom, I want to share my journey. My discoveries, my challenges, my purchases, and my fails. Previous experiences and chapters in my life have proven to me that I was kept on this earth for a reason, so I started this blog to share my stories and my adventures, to be a resource to people, and hopefully inspire in many ways. It's time to take a leap of faith, embrace life's challenges, and try new things! Getting to where I am mentally and emotionally wasn't easy, so if opening up can help guide others in the right direction, then it's a leap of faith I'm willing to take.

Over the past couple years, a lot of people ask about me being sick and if that's a story people want to hear, please let me know! That's one of the top things people are afraid to ask about, but I truly do love sharing my story. Sharing what happened has helped so many people including myself.
